There are several wheat free flours available for use for baking.
The most commonly used flour is rice flour or a flour blend with rice flour included.
You can purchase rice flour at many natural foods stores, online or some organic sections in your regular grocery store.
One brand I recently used is the gluten free all purpose flour from King Arthur Flour.
It contains a mix of white rice and whole-grain (brown) rice flours, tapioca starch, and potato starch.
I like it because it bakes well and is made in a facility free of the top 8 allergens–peanuts, tree nuts, egg, dairy, soy, wheat, fish, and shellfish.
The flour can be purchased online and should be available in stores soon.
