“Peanuttees was born out of love by two moms who were looking for a fun low cost way to help protect their sons as they start kindergarten.”
So these clever moms came up with a clever name, clever t-shirt designs, and Peanuttees was born.
Dianne of Peanuttees kindly sent me two t-shirts to look at because after all; looking at something on the Internet and in person are two very different things.
The white t-shirts I received are made from 100% cotton, tagless, Hanes brand t-shirts. They are extremely soft. The print on the tees is not that plastic type print that peels off after several washes but a type of print that seems to have dyed the fibers of the shirt. Per their website this type of printing is called Digital Printing and will not wash out.
Peanuttees currently offers 10 designs that are not only clever but witty as well. We especially like the “I’m Nutty Enough” tee and the “Not Milk” tee, a play on “Got Milk”.
You can purchase Peanuttees off the company website http://www.peanuttees.com/index.html and you can feel good about your purchase as a portion of the proceeds are donated to Angel Service Dogs. Prices range from $9.99 to $10.99, but currently many of the tees are on sale for below $10.
These tees would also make a great gift for the allergic child that goes to day care, camp, or another event in which mom or dad might want that extra warning label on their child, but in a humorous way.
